OUR SERVICES
Survey Centre provides a full cycle of research from research program development to analysis and presentation of results, including following:

  • сonsultation on research design (sample design, questionnaire design, survey methodology and strategy for obtaining high quality data);

  • development and testing of tools, including questionnaires, manuals, software for data entry, sampling, conducting preliminary (pilot) surveys, etc.

  • conducting survey in two languages - Kazakh and Russian, with the possibility of providing the results in English.

The centre provides the opportunity to conduct:

  • one-time and regular surveys of both population and businesses. Surveys can be conducted through face-to-face interviews on paper (PAPI) and using a tablet (computerized interview - CAPI).

  • omnibus surveys is a fast and cheaper method, when a customer’s questions are included in a regular survey (up to 25 questions). Omnibus makes it possible to obtain high-quality and representative data on the country level without large expenses.

  • panel surveys in which the same group of respondents are surveyed at a certain frequency. This method allows you to compare the results of previous and subsequent data, to identify patterns and cause-effect relationships of the studied phenomena.
